I have to say that this whole exercise thing is the BEST THING I could've EVER started since I've gotten sick. It has given me the energy to get up and get moving....my sleep has improved, my mood has improved, my appetite has improved... I recommend this exercise thing to EVERY PATIENT that I've come into contact with.....
My advice to anyone considering being more active is to start small with one thing and work it into your life until it becomes routine, then just build from there.
i walked on the treamill for 5 whole minutes today (with only 1 break in between) lol but hey, its a start right?? I SAID RIGHT??
