Go, goofy, go!  Even if you only manage 10 minutes of walking to start with, it will get easier, and you will feel better!

Seriously, i did exercise during the commercials.  My atonement for my TV watching times.  I have decided to exercise during commercials, even if it is for five minutes at a time.  It is short bursts of exercise but it was fun. The dog thought I had cracked up last night, when I walked in circles in the livingroom.

Put it in front of the tv, goofy, and find a show you really like.  It's done wonders for me.

I didn't do so well this week - between surgery and this nagging cough, head cold, body ache thing I've got going (I'm a walking Nyquil commercial.),  I only managed about 30 minutes on Wednesday and probably less than that today.  But at least I did a little bit.

I walked in circles in the livingroom.

Every little bit helps...

Young Melbourne wife and mother, Karen Gatt was once so overweight she could barely walk to the letterbox. She tried every diet, but none of them worked, until she decided to take matters into her how hands. She devised an easy-to-follow, highly effective system for healthy eating and began powerwalking around the clothesline! She lost 67kg in 13 months.

I was sick for the last couple of days, so I did not exercise.

But tonight I got back on the stationary bike and did my usual 40 minutes.  Had my protein drink and now I'm about to do my push ups: 10 reps x 3 sets.

EDITED AT 11:40PM  I actually did 4 sets.  Cool!

Walked to the grotto spa and sat in the spa for an hour or so.  I also did some leg and arm toning exercises while in the spa.

My usual workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill, at 3.3 mph. I gradually increase the incline to 2 percent. I'd like to eventually up either the speed or the incline a bit. Right now I get this in maybe 4 times a week. My intentions were good yesterday morning, but my body wanted more sleep.
