today i spent all afternoon leeching potatoes-I do both the soaking method,and the double-boiling method i found on the irish renal web-site.(I figured they would have the potatoe thing really figured out and they do!!) http://www.ika.ie/diet.htmlthen I fried them in the oven in grape seed oil,cooked chicken on the grill,garlic toast,and broccli slaw and hush puppiesI love seeing what everyone else eats too!!
