Made a wild rice and turkey soup last night that was a bust, so tonight I go to a simple family fav - tacos. My husband and son have a Boy Scout campout this weekend and getting out the door on Friday eve is always rushed so tacos are quick. That's my plan.

What's everyone having for dinner tonight.
I'm making beef burgers with salad. And for dessert Mint cucumber sorbet if it ever sets. If this works out how Ithink it will, I will post post the recipe on my blog.

I have a caramelized onion pot roast going in the crock pot now. Will have that with salad and maybe a slice of bread or two for dipping.

Had homemade beef burgers lastnight done on my George Foreman grill. I love my Foreman grill cuz it drains all the grease . We also had fresh corn on the cob and fresh sliced tomatoes. IT was heaven! LOL I love the taste of summer.
Tonight we're having barbequed chicken. YUM!

I'm hungry. I have been looking for recipes to help Jenna slow her kidney failure. It's so confusing because she needs less protein, but on dialysis she needed more.

If your kidney(s) isn't working properly, protein can damage the kidney even further. I when on dialysis, one tends to lose protein, and the kidney(s) is already too damaged anyway? I think.
Good luck my darling, Cas
