spinach salad with applewood smoked bacon and a balsamic vinagrette dressing

buffalo ribeye topped with a crab and bluecheese sauce and some kind of stuffed tomato

What are you talking about, Twirl? I cooked it myself of course! HA HA! Perry's Steakhouse and Grill.. Awesome!

And I know we will have school. Darn it all! It couldn't have rained just a little? What kinda hurricane is this?

For lunch today I had goat cheese and bruschetta with pita chips. That was good too.

I finally downloaded the Peruvian food pictures.  We went back the other night.,  Oh Lordy I could eat there every night!

seco, Aji gallina, and a papa rellena. A beef dish, a chicken dish and a stuffed potato.

Kitkatz, that looks yummy! What is it?

Twirl, to me buffalo tastes like regular beef. It is less fatty, but the restaurant cooked it just right. It was not dry. just delicious!

Goat cheese is a bit salty and crumbly. It was good with the bruschetta. My husband wants me to roll up some chicken breasts with goat cheese and the bruschetta inside. But, alas, I must stop eating the tomatoes! My potassium is already getting high!     :-\

Last night we had salsa chicken, spanish rice, black beans (canned), zucchini and a green salad.

Tonight we went to Bingo and bought dinner there - spaghetti.  Lordy - did it give me gas!!

My husband made dinner tonight. (He also made me breakfast before I had to drag myself off to work.) He is being nice because I am having a tough year with the most rotten kid in our school. This most rotten kid is 7 years old!

We had salad with gouda cheese pieces and baked chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and the bruschetta tomato stuff on top.

Italian creme cake---- bakery
tacos - someone else made them

King Ranch Casserole
shortbread pecan cookies dipped half way in choc and then pecans sprinkled on that choc part
banana pudding- baked in oven with merg.
assorted fruits
tortilla roll-up with lime
guacamole & chips
hot sauce

beans and rice -- Marco's

it is a shower for Scott Allen
my daughter is having a harder pg than with Trasie
and her husband is quitting yet another job
he needs to grow up
a wife, a daugher and soon a son
he is smart and could go to college but he thinks he will invent the next great video game
if there is one good thing
it is that Stasie realizes she needs to get an education instead of high school only
she would make an excellent coach
I love my son-in-law but he is spoiled rotten

We had stuffed peppers and I made homemade almond milk ice cream (Len can't have nuts). Hope you stay dry twirl.  :cuddle; By the way, I like broccoli.  :flower;

twirl:  you will laugh or should..I'm sorry about your son in law....my friend in ND has 2 daughters...the 23 yr old really doesn't like to work..has made up all kinds of things so he feels sorry for her...last 4 years told him she has aids...but no symptoms..and he believed her....I finally got her to get a job when I lived in ND and she moved to the city right after I left...yup that's her and he has a 28 yr old daughter that is sick every other week, also lives in the city and gets a new job every other month and new boyfriends every other month and now, yes you guessed it..they both are applying for jobs in their home town again..they and their male friends so guess what...yes, dad will be supporting the whole group as I know they will not have jobs...all live for video and xbox and wii...if I were him I would turn off the electricity but I'm not and I'm not going anywhere near there without a fully loaded you know what.  He can visit me.   :beer1;

Lost vision due to retinopathy 12/2005, 30 Laser Surg 2006
ESRD diagnosed 12/2006
03/2007 Fantastic Eye Surgeon in ND got my sight back and implanted lenses in both eyes, great distance & low reading.
Gortex 4/07.  Started dialysis in ND 5/4/2007
Gortex clotted off Thanksgiving Week of 2007, was unclotted and promptly clotted off 1/2 hour later so Permacath Rt chest.
3/2008 move to NC to be close to children.
2 Step fistula, 05/08-elevated 06/08, using mid August.
Aug 5, 08, trained NxStage and Home on 9/3/2008.
Fistulagram 09/2008. In hospital 10/30/08, Bowel Obstruction.
Back to RAI-Latrobe In Center. No home hemo at this time.
