Only Chris & I here today (Matt's in Barcelona, lucky thing). Chris is veggie so we had veggie toad in the hole, Mediterranean roast veg, new potatoes and cauliflower followed by fresh fruit salad (for me) and hot cross bun bread & butter pudding (for him). He's gone to work now and I'm off to walk Molly. Happy Easter.
Are collard greens like turnip greens - the green leaves off the top of the turnip!! They are delicious. I had them cooked with the reast of my veggies last night for supper. We had turkey and gravy with it. Greens are really good for you-lots of folic acid plus other stuff. Unless you are on the renal diet or have a clotting problem should eat lots of leafy green veggies!!! That's what greens are leaves!!

Just to set everyone's minds at rest (and following on from some PMs I've had) there are NO toads (or frogs) involved in this recipe (nor any bunnies )
I'm one-handed from surgery - maybe I should call for take-out!
