Thanks for the pic Tamara. I couldn't find one.  :P

Karol, you must have rocket (roquette). It's just a peppery lettuce.

I put a pot roast in slow cooker with onions, celery and carrots. Will add some mushroons and potatoes when it's almost done.  :2thumbsup; I'm also making homemade beer bread.

Marinated Flathead tails on the BBQ, rocket salad and baked new potatoes. mmmmmmmmmmmm   ;D

what is rocket salad?

Maybe it was my spelling  :P  It's not a spaceship.

Rocket salad, also known as arvgula, roquette, salad rocket, salad roquette, roquette salad and tira, is a leafy green, grown as an annual. Leaves are compound and have a spicy, peppery flavour.

Oh yeah - arugula! I eat that all the time - never heard it called roquette or rocket before!
There's a restaurant nearby that serves arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, pine nuts and shaved pecorino.

We went into the Black Angus primarily because there was a wait at the Olive Garden next door.  Top Sirloin, salad, baked potato, vegetables, and cowboy bread.  Wasn't bad.

I had taquitos.  Cough syrup with codeine and two tylenol for dinner tonight. Guess who is fighting a cold.

Oysters with butter and parmesan, and a few with garlic; boiled shrimp with lemon and Zataran's seasoning; garlic bread; homemade cole slaw; and good conversation with good friends  :)

We were thanking the friends for getting people to provide dinners for us and watching our son during clinic visits in the first few weeks after the transplant.

do you put anything on your cottage chhese? I like pineapple, used to have catalna on it, or season salt.

Today I made a mess dish. Fried red potatis, onion, celery, mushrooms, added two eggs, and a handful of chedar grated, and a couple of sausage links cut up.  And garlic!  It was good!
