If you're ever in St. Petersburg, FL, you must eat breakfast at Skyway Jack's.  They have the most incredible menu of unusual breakfast items.  It's a favorite of the locals.

Since we celebrated Valentines day last night...we cannot go this Thursday since he has to have his treatment that night.  We both had prime rib and he had the veggies in place of potatoes and I had the potato off course.  Great meal and those leftovers tonight.....

We had some Indian food the night before and fortunately very limited restrictions on the Indian food since most of it is kidney friendly.

Pizza - why is it I only think to post on here when I'm eating something I'm not supposed to eat?  Guilty conscience?

what is rocket salad?

Maybe it was my spelling  :P  It's not a spaceship.

Rocket salad, also known as arvgula, roquette, salad rocket, salad roquette, roquette salad and tira, is a leafy green, grown as an annual. Leaves are compound and have a spicy, peppery flavour.
