Good job Tia!   Who is really getting trained?  You or Tia?   I am glad others are crazy silly over their pets, too.  My husband says I would cry more if I lost Willow than him.  Not really true  -  but I do love my cat and she loves me back.

Hi all...

Just had a call from Pet Mania, the store that hosted the Carers Assoc. Dog Walk....

Well, Dougal raised the most money in Dublin for The Carers Assoc., and for putting his best paw forward, he has won himself a prize... I've to take him to be photographed being presented with his prize next week!... What's the prize???... It's a year's supply of Royal Canin Dog Food!... As always, the mutt ends up being better fed than I am!.....

So to everyone who supported Dougal's efforts to raise badly needed funds for this very worthy cause, THANK YOU!....

Lots of you supported him in one way or another... By sponsoring him, by sending money direct to the Carers Assocation, and by wishing us luck, thinking of, and praying for us on the big day!... Your support is greatly appreciated, and we couldn't have done it without you all...

Again, thank you very much!....

May God bless you all for your great kindness...

Love....

Darth....

Zilch, Chris!!!...

Hound took the lot!... On the day, each doggy was given a Goody Bag with a frisbie, ball, and dog treats in it.... Owners got nothing!..... Typical, eh???... On the other paw, I suppose, Dougal did all the walking and looking cute!..... ;D

We'll see if there are any human goodies on offer when we collect his prize, but I doubt it... He's cuter than I am!!!!... :rofl;

Took our hooligan, ooops sorry, I mean hound, Dougal, to be photographed recieving his prize for being a great fundraising dog!... He's now up to €461, and it's still coming in!....

We were in the Petmania (the pet store chain who hosted the walks) store this morning... There were representatives from Petmania, The Carers Assoc., and Royal Canin... His prize is a years supply of Royal Canin Dog Food....

He had a great day... Was spoiled rotten... Lots of attention, lots of treats, and a cup of tea to boot!....

Should have pics soon!...

testing, testing...
Introducing "Fluffy", a stray I brought home from work. There's a feral/stray colony that lives by my field office. We've been working on getting them all neutered so we gave them all distinguishing names - "Fluffy" was the only fluffy one. I am working on a better name, but it may be too late.
