Welp, I started back on walking again. We have a football field outside the library here where I work (the library is a remodeled school), I started Monday with one lap, Tuesday with 2, just barely! and today, with three!!! yay!! It felt good, too!!
I just drove the walk i do every second day to see how far i walk, its 6.2 km it takes me just over 1 hour , its taken a few months to build up to that but its working i have lost 10 kilos with many more to go

I did 20 minutes on the bike, which is not much but im building up my exercise slowly.
