Excuses, excuses!

35 minutes on the glider, and 5 or so beating the stuffing out of the punching bag.

Another 40 minutes today.  I want to bump that up, but haven't managed it yet.  I'm still far too ready to quit at 40minutes!

Double Dutch:  40 minutes on the stationary bike, then 35 minutes of weight resistance exercises.  Then dialysis!

So when are you two ladies going to join us???

I agree with BigSky, you will feel better. I started walking on the treadmill and getting out of breath after 5 minutes, and wanting to quit after 7... I now can walk for 30 minutes without having to catch my breath, or lower my speed, I can maintain the same speed the whole time. I feel more energy throughout the day and no longer have to have naps... exercising makes a huge difference.
