Last night we went to Red Lobster and I had the fiesta special which is crab legs, lobster tail, fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, and baked potato. I also had the clam chowder soup and salad and the only things I had to bring home were the shrimp scampi and potato......I pigged out and I know I have put on five pounds by now....
My husband had the rainbow trout broiled and no seasoning along with steamed veggies and a salad but no dressing since they don't have oil and vinegar. I only let him eat half the fish since he is only allowed three ounces which was half of the fish.....

I have a roast (beef) cooking in the crockpot. I just put the meat in there, a quartered onion, a bunch of pepper, and about 1/2 a bottle of beer and it smells sooooo good. It got started a little late though, so it needs about another hour.

We threw a whole chicken in the crockpot with a ton of seasoning (to make up for the bland roast the other day) plus onion, whole garlic pieces, carrots, and celery. Served over rice. I topped mine with a little mozzerella and parmesan cheeses. Pretty good!
