Dinner of champions tonight, i had Frito's with sour cream and tapatio sauce with a 4 pack of mini donuts...  I need to go grocery shopping dont i? :P :P

That would make me sooooo sick if I ate it, but it sounds sooooo good.   I love Fritos and I really love Frito Pie.

I hope after transplant those things taste the way I remember them again.  My taste buds are all messed up.

In-n-out -- double double, no onion - no fries (well, OK. I may have stolen a couple from the kids  ::) ) and a diet Coke.

Rob showing off his pot of gold!

« Reply #1186 on: June 26, 2007, 05:16:29 AM »

Yesterday, I marinated chicken breasts in Newmans Light Lively Lime dressing.  It was soooo yummy!!  The dressing has such a nice light taste with a hint of lime, definitely not overpowering.

We grilled the chicken, made some pasta salad and corn on the cob.  A very light, delish meal.  For dessert we had some strawberries with sprinkled splenda and light cool whip.  Oh and binders for Rob  ;)

I had sauce for dinner.

I put together a bolognese sauce last night and it simmered until dinner today.  I use the Buca di Beppo recipe, which is so good.  After spoonful after spoonful of sauce all day though, I had no room for dinner.  :urcrazy;

We're having grilled chicken with salad and corn muffins.

I'll have applesauce or fruit for dessert, but made my hubby these. With dark chocolate chips, his favorite.

Wade's cooking tonight!

He's making a beef roast, braised veggies, and he'd doing something with some soaking yukon golds. His dad is coming to town tonight, and his mom is going back to Memphis this weekend with him, so we're celebrating!  :bandance;

I absolutely ADORE having a chef for a boyfriend!

Tonight's date night, but the weather is so crappy we felt like staying in.  I picked up a rotisserie chicken and made corn and a wee bit of instant mashed potatoes.
Now I've got to digest before continuing with my Wii bowling smackdown!  ;D
