Carne Asada Nachos
Take beef, spice it up mexican style.  Take chips and nacho cheese sauce. Layer and eat!

Just a Rally Burger and some cheez-its for me tonight,  with grapes and pineapple for dessert :P

Wow, I havent had Rally's in over 10 years.... mmmmmmmm your making me drool :P

They have really lost their touch, i used to crave their burgers all big and juicy, but not no more,  their prices get higher and their burgers get smaller :(

Tonight i had Carne Asada Nachos and i am sick sick sick ,,SICK I TELL YA, SICK :P

Ok Can someone explain to this Aussie girl what a Rally Burger is? Is it like Mc Donalds?

And Goofy what are Carne Asada Nachos? They sound good I love mexican    :P

Tonight we had Roast chicken with roast potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini, red capsicum and steamed asparagus.... yummo

Rally's is just another burger chain.  The burgers used to be really good, but the quality has gone down a bit, but they are still ok i guess  ::)

What i had was more like a Carne Asada Nacho Salad,  it had the freshly named corn tortilla chips on the bottom, then beans (ask for light so they dont put too much) then they put monterey jack cheese, then the carne asada steak then finely shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole on top, sometimes (if i am not getting too much heartburn) i will take the salsa and pour it on top.  and there ya have it. muy delicioso ;)

Last night i had Scarface Pasta w/Chicken and bread with a green salad,  i love the pasta, just not the chicken, lol, but i did eat some of it for my protein ya know :P

Tonight i made my very own (with the help of my cousin) steak sammich, oh damn, it was soooo good,  i carmalized some onions, cooked the steak, toasted my buns :)  put some thinly sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado, oh and i made me some tomatoe and mayonnaise dressing just to slightly spread over the bun and MAN O' MAN... DOE-LISH-US,  and made within 10 minutes, sheeeeit, let Rachel Ray beat that baby!!! lol  :2thumbsup;

We had  a very strange dinner last night.  This concoction is a bit weird, but tasted really good.  We took 2 soft shell taco flour tortias and put cheese in them to make quesadillas.  Cooked those up.  While those were cooking we took some Hebrew National hotdogs and cooked those up.  We also cooked up a pot of chili (Wasn't my wifes homemade stuff but it worked ok).  Once the quesadillas were cooked we took them and wrapped them like buns around the hotdogs.  Add the chili on top, and you have quesadillas chili dogs.  They were soooooooooo good.  Mmmmmmm.

Oh, Hawkeye, that sounds. . . well, horrible and wonderful all at the same time!

I have no idea what I'm having for dinner - all I really want now is a quesadilla, but I'd better not!

I guess it depends on your definition of "normal".  I would say I am normal by my own standards, but don't quite fit societies norms.

I baked some white fish for lunch and so now I'm having a seafood salad.  I'd rather be eating Lasagna.
