I have heard of the lactose free milk. Does it taste the same? Next time you treat yourself make sure you don't forget lol :P Man I know I have enjoyed the naughty milk myself! Man .. you can tell we are dialysis patients when our idea of "being bad" is drinking milk! lol .. opps wrong section :P  :clap;

No, it does not taste even remotely the same as 2%.  Lactose free milk is usualy made with soy.

BTW, "preview" doesn't work for me anymore - what am I doing wrong?  I'm somewhat computer inept, so the answer could be simple - but evidently not as simple as me!

Last night I had Beef Stew from the crockpot with biscuits. I'm not sure what i am making tonight... maybe meatloaf I dnt know yet, but I did take out hamburger meat because for lunch I am making myself beef burritos. Yummy.

 I agree.  1 lettuce leaf is only 40 mg potassium.   Its not the lettuce that is the guilty one in your potassium level.  Well unless you are eating whole heads of lettuce at at time. ;)

That wasn't why I didn't have any. I didn't have any because I ran out and didn't run out to the store because of the snow. :P

Oh just catching up here ... for supper .. I had very VERY good meatballs in sauce I probably should not have had (but since my bloodwork came back very good I figured I deserved it lol) :P
