I have heard of the lactose free milk. Does it taste the same?
Try Lactaid - I think it tastes better than regular milk, which I used to love; I became lactose intolerant and had to change. Now regular milk tastes sort of oily to me!
BTW, "preview" doesn't work for me anymore - what am I doing wrong? I'm somewhat computer inept, so the answer could be simple - but evidently not as simple as me!

What's wrong with a little lettuce? Enjoy! I agree. 1 lettuce leaf is only 40 mg potassium. Its not the lettuce that is the guilty one in your potassium level. Well unless you are eating whole heads of lettuce at at time.
