I was going to have a tv dinner then, I read it had 1950 whatever of sodium which is my daily dose so instead I had a bowl or two of Cheerio's...Boxman

Boxman ------ you are so good
I would have eaten the tv dinner and finished it off with the cheerios
Healthy Choice and Lean Cusine have dinners under 700 sodium
they may not be as good as the 1950 sodium but at least you could eat it
stay handsome

Those are wonderful pictures, Gail.  And beautiful flowers, too.  We had rib eyes on the grill, pepper jack risitto rice ballls, corn on the cob, fried home grown okra. garlic bread and iced tea.

It's been awhile since I've had an infiltration. The restick wasn't very good either. I finally got fed up and signed out. I feel fine, just got an arm full of bandaids.

We just had a really fun evening.  Our neighbor Barry turns 70 this week.  He and his wife Kate came over and our other neighbors Laurie and Scott did too.  I made a bunch of yummy things to eat and we drank cosmos (okay, the guys drank beer).  We had chocolate covered strawberries and apricot-filled puff pastry for dessert.

We all had flooded houses after Hurricane Isabel in 2003, so we hope Gustav dies an early death or significantly weakens in the Gulf.  We became really good friends after that hurricane.  It affected us in a way that few others can understand.  For us it's always life before and after the hurricane.
