shrimp, shrimp and more shrimp along with a bit of orange chicken. we went to country buffet, because i had a 2 for 1 coupon and i didn't want to cook.

I'm alone so I think I am going to make some Turkey Burgers. I also was looking and there are a lot of staples on sale like butter and ground beef, etc. Maybe a side dish as well like some boiled salt potatoes or asparagus.

Parmesan fried chicken breasts, since it's just me and my son and it's one of the few "real" foods I can get him to eat. I had a salad with it. I made lots of extra chicken, and am going to take it with low-fat tortillas, lettuce and honey mustard sauce for lunch this week.

Eye impairments and blindness in one eye began in 95, major one during visit to the Indy 500 race of that year
   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Diagnosed with ESRD June 29, 1999
1st Dialysis - July 4, 1999
Last Dialysis - December 2, 2000

Kidney and Pancreas Transplant - December 3, 2000

Cataract Surgery on good eye - June 24, 2009
Knee Surgery 2010
2011/2012 in process of getting a guide dog
Guide Dog Training begins July 2, 2012 in NY

Yeah.... Turkey Burgers didnt go so well... I messed them up bad.. Had homemade pizza instead.

Tonight I had a Turkey Burger, a few fries and some ice water. For dessert I shared a piece of turtle cheesecake with my aunt and uncle. Plus I took a renagel.. have to start being good with taking that one

Munster Cheese on ryr and 2 string cheese sticks. Could of had corned beef stew, but the smell since this morning just made me nauseous.

Last night . Samosa with tamarind sauce to start, curried BBQ eggplant with peas, tandoori chicken, basmati rice pilau, naan bread and rosewater rice pudding for dessert.

Self-cannulated, 15 gauge blunts, buttonholes.
Living donor transplant (sister-in law Kathy) Feb. 2009
First failed kidney transplant removed Apr.  2009
Second trx doing great so far...all lab values in normal ranges

Shrimp and veggie (sweet potato and zucchini slices, two of each) tempura, salad with ginger dressing, white rice, three pieces of California roll, stirfried teriyaki veggies (sauce on the side),  tofu with onions and toasted sesame seeds marinated in rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.  Skipped the canteloup for dessert.
