I used to work at the Rossville Public Library by the fire station when I was a teenager. We lived in the Rossville-Ft.Oglethorpe area for a few years, then Mom and Dad moved out to Harrison, TN out by the Lake Chickamaugua.
I take 500g calcium carbonate tablets as binders with every meal, one with smaller meals and snacks and two with my big meal of the day. I regularly read over the list of high phosphorus foods and make sure not to have too many in any one meal. Do you not take binders Trikkechicck?
