Roast chiken pita wrap with greek tzadziki (no salt, lots of garlic), lettuce, bit of tomato, cucumber, red onions.  Rice pudding for dessert and a KitKat Single as a treat.  Water with that.

glitter----cheese grits as a side dish?

chicken chop suey
pineapple sherbet
unsweeten tea

yes-cheese grits are a good side lol- we eat grits for snacks too.   :)  Have you ever had plain grits with butter as a side to fried fish?

Grits are pretty good on the PO4 and Potassium, as long as my hubby can spare the water. Might be a tad high in salt for some.

Quaker instant cheese grits 1 packet = 4 oz water

About a 1/4 cup of corn meal deep-fried. Comes from the South.  Also called croquettes.

It can also be made of mashed potato with a baked corn meal coating on the outside.  YUM!  But watch the potassium.
