My last off topic comment here is...yeah twirl, I know what you're talking about but doesn't a person have to get implants on the upper part of the body before they can be one of those housewives??? Implants of silicone or saline are also against my rules.

Gail, you are classy in my book even with the lamb sauce on you blouse
I can honestly say that I haven't hurt myself cooking lately. I was happy I had a bunch of leftovers in the freezer. I'm bad. I did make Len and my son some lemon angel food cupcakes the other day. I'm thinking about moving in with monrein.

Can I join in with you all?
I had french onion soup, prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, bread butter and a diet coke. Outback Restaurant meal. I wanted Peruvian food, but they were closed tonight.

Tonight was a healthy meal -- somewhat! I made fish with grilled jalapenos and onions, white rice cooked with chicken stock, and fresh avacados.
Now, I am waiting on some cream cheese and cool whip to soften and I will make a no-bake bananas foster cheesecake! Mmm.. And then hubby will take it to work in the morning - but not before I get few tastes of the filling.

Cheddar's
chips, salsa and con queso --- I will get a separate plate and put some on it and that's is it
onion rings with dip - I will eat four onion rings and a little dip ( the four biggest I can find) these
are never greasy
mushroom hamburger -- no bun ordered and extra lettuce
a cup of ice in a to go cup - drink it as it melts
Trasie and Stasie and Scott are coming with us to share -- well, not Scott but Stasie and Trasie and my husband will take care of the dip and con queso and onion rings

did you run out of asses?
after all that planning Stacie could not go to Cheddar's so I went to a Mex place and had a small tortilla soup with avocado slices and one bean chalupa --- it was good
Cheddar's is okay --- look on their menu -- the burgers are good and the onion rings ( not greasy ) and the chili con queso is the best I have ever had --- each time we have been there ( 2 ) we have not been charged for everything -- and a friend of mine did not have to pay for her steak - she thought it was tough
I don't really get it but everything we go or drive by there is a long waiting line -- out the door and into the street
we go to the one across from splashtown
even at 2pm the lines are amazing --- and that was a school day
go figure

No, I have more asses but thought I put up and angel to show my sweeter side..... and also to fool y ou.
Jalapeno cornbread, a mild red onion and a can of pinto beanns (low sodium with added melted cheese. A diet dr pepper and a giant glass of ice water. This heat is wrecking my fluid intake.

I guess now you are a "sweet ass" ?
if you make pinto beans from the dried beans - you can control the sodium -
I want your dinner
the heat from outside and the heat from food kill my water intake
I want your large glass of water
warning
your pee pee output will decrease as you do dialysis
enjoy fluids will you still pee pee

here in South Africa we call them "frikadelle"
I made them from topside mince, grated onion and grated potato. With spices... (very little salt)
