Tonight was impromptu chili over half a baked potato. No recipe at all, just went purely by eye and taste. It involved ground beef (85% lean), tomato paste, vegetable broth base (couldn't find my beef base), onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, California chile powder, cumin, and canned hatch chiles. Poured it into a bowl over a leftover reheated half baked potato that I had massacred with a fork.

Just added a Fosrenol tablet to my three Renvelas with each meal, too.

Grilled grouper with a touch of teriyaki sauce, stir-fried veggies, plain rice, salad with ginger dressing.  Green tea to drink.  Small piece of canteloupe and four pieces of almond pocky for dessert.

Lately I've been in the mood for breakfast for dinner. Tonight I had an egg and sausage burrito: some breakfast sausage crumbled and browned, with the remains of a can of chopped Hatch green chiles added, then eggs scrambled in. The went onto a flame-kissed (literally) tortilla, got some salsa verde over the top, then rolled up. I'm getting better at burrito rolling.

Eye impairments and blindness in one eye began in 95, major one during visit to the Indy 500 race of that year
   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye

I am making my husband coconut shrimp   --- from scratch---- only I did not catch the shrimp
with homemade french fries -- I bought the potatoes and will clean and chop them
salad --- not cole slaw because he will not eat it
