I had artichoke dip and pita chips for dinner tonight.
Lunch was eggs, hashbrowns and bacon with sourdough toast. Dessert a few hours later a Bakers Chocolate milkshake.
Are we wondering why my phosphorous is high yet?

Saturday I had a Chicago Style Hot Dog, small fry and a beer around 3 pm, then the group went for dinner where I had decaf coffee and tried to eat fried ravioli, but got sick trying to eat that. Should have went with my gut and just ordered the spumoni ice cream or peppermint ice cream, but was also freezing my
off while everyone else was warm.

Last night we had my grandaughters birthday dinner. Since she and her husband are mostly vegans, eating only
turkey and chicken. We had turkey burgers on the girll, with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions and french fries
prepared in the oven and coconut cake. To drink Iced tea and coffee with the cake.

cooking today even if my Aggie is in College Station starting his 2 a days ---- on Sunday - not allowing enough time for church----
Dirty Rice ---- I used chicken livers which my husband thinks I used dark chicken meat like the thigh (he will not eat liver)
Cole Slaw------ no tricks needed here, my husband would not touch it with a ten foot pole---- he had lettuce salad
broc cornbread------ no tricks, he likes broc
Mississippi Mud cake---- not for me----- he saw me typing the recipe for Kitkatz and asked if I would make him one - I don't do chocolate

Boneless butterflied leg of lamb, marinated in olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic and fresh thyme, then grilled on the BBQ. Fresh steamed beans, boiled mini new potatoes, corn on the cob, huge mixed salad(Boston lettuce, red leaf lettuce, green onions, red pepper, radishes, cucumber, cherry tomatoes) with a sherry vinegar (Xeres) vinaigrette. Fresh cherries stewed in a simple syrup over angel food cake for dessert.

We had Juan Pollo chicken today with all the fixings. The fixings would be potato salad, beans and rice.

One of my husband's childhood favorites - salad with taco meat, cheese, broken corn chips, and catalina dressing. He also put green olives on his, but I can't stand olives of any kind

stewed corn, sliced home grown tomatoes, rolls and iced tea.

Since nothing was thawed and my husband worked late, we're having Chinese...and there'll be a few leftovers, but they'll disappear pretty quick!
Crab Ragoon; Mu Shu Pork; Pork Fried Rice. And lots of water!
