I am familiar with San Rafael.  I have a high school buddy who lives there.  It is very nice and very close to San Francisco.

Tomorrow is my son's first Pop Warner game of the season. I heard a bunch of girls giggling outside earlier and did not think anything of it. I just opened the front door to find that the cheerleaders toilet papered the front of the house and left my son a big sign wishing him luck in the game.

The team my son played against went undefeated last year in their conference.  Many of the parents were wearing their 12-0 T-shirts.  These kids were very big.  One of them had a full mustache.  They are 13 & 14 years old.  My son's team beat them 17-0!!!

Just got off FB chat with Darth.  It was so sweet. She was thinking of me at 4am.  Too bad it was because she wanted to, "throttle me."  It seems Dougal got a hold of the squeeky toy I sent him and she had to chase him down to get it back.

I learned on day 3 not to have squeaky toys in sight or easy to find so no one is woken up.

So, one of my daughters' friends posted that she wanted the girls to get together one more time before they went to college.  They were posting what day would be good for them.  I thought it would be funny to post that I was busy that night.  25 seconds after I posted it my daughter came out of her room and asked me if I was asking her if she wanted to unfriend me. I had to immediately delete my post.

How's the weather where you are? It's 84 now but expected to hit 90+ today. Funny, it wasn't this warm in August!

My youngest son's football team won again. 28-8. They are now 2-0!  :cheer:

It is officially 9/4.  That means that my oldest is officially not a teenager anymore.  He turned 20.  They grow up so fast.   :birthday;

Hi Marc - Zeke's team won 30-0.  Of course, I felt bad for the other team.  Those boys practice hard too.  Zeke was in the game a lot and he was one tired puppy at the end.  It was 90 and the boys were sweaty and stinky!!  I guess that is the way they are suppose to be!    Congratulations on your son's game.    And congratulatins on the older son's birthday - 20?!!  You must have had him when you were 10!!   :rofl;

ya, 10.  :rofl;

My little guy got a nice cut across his Achilles tendon from a cleat.  He is so bruised up it looks like he fell out of a moving car.  He only weighs about 120.  This age division goes up to 160. He is a little guy but he is very fast off the ball and knows how to hit.  At points they were double teaming him with kids that were about 8 inches taller than him.  One play I watched him take out 3 of the other teams players.
