I have been going to the gym nearly almost everyday
Glad you're doing well! Quote from: Amanda From OZ on December 02, 2007, 04:51:21 AMI have been going to the gym nearly almost everyday What kind of exercises can you do, and what kind of exercise do you have to avoid? Did you have to get advice from your doctors before you went back to gym?
I know a few people say that the drugs we are on after transplant make you put on weight, but if you exercise and eat well you shouldn't have a problem with that. I weigh the same as i did before i went in for the operation.Amandaxxoo

They are seeing that people that combine weight training and low body mass index have a 70 percent less chance to get diabetes. I have been told i am able to do anything.I do weight training which involves all the major muscles, and then i do 2 hours of cardio, a combination of walking, running, cross trainer, stepper, rower and bike. You wouldn't start at doing that much, just build it up slowly and listen to your body.
