We're up to $3.79 here, but I have seen a couple of stations come back down to $3.75. Wonder if the prices are starting to soften.

Right now where I live its about $4.07 if you pay cash. Or it goes up .07 cents if you pay by debit or credit card. I just was to ask them is the .07 cent per gal extra really necessary!

Just walked the pup and BP was down to $4.09, so should be cheaper elsewhere around town along with a .02 to .03 cent discount if using a debit card at two different stations that do that.

Near my house it's around $3.69 for Regular.  We try and use Safeway fuel rewards when possible.  Safeway's starting price is $3.63 for regular and is a ways down the road.  And we can usually get $1.00 off of that.  Safeway gives double fuel rewards for gift cards.  And until Sept 10th I have a special offer added to my Safeway card that gives us 5x fuel rewards for the purchase of gift cards.  I have a Kindle and an iPhone plus I use a Starbucks gift card to pay and hubby plays a game that he uses a gift card to pay.  So, we buy a lot of gift cards.  It's easier to control when you don't use your credit card to pay for stuff like that.  lol  Which is why we usually get $1.00 (the max you can use at one time) off of our gas.  We're South of Seattle, WA.
