Every calorie burned helps, twirl! Some days I don't do much more than 15 minutes either, but it adds up.

I'm on hemo, with a nerve damaged arm, so I can do lots with the lower half of my body - not sure what limitations there are on PD. I'm not picturing doing crunches with a belly full of fluid, though. . . .I've been playing with the nearly new treadmill that my sister gave me. It has a "weight loss" program that will kick your butt! Automatic changes in incline and speed until you are a sweaty little puddle at the end of the roller. Whew! Although with the nasty cold I've got right now, I thought I was doing well with a nice slow 2 mph walk for a while.
I am going to be starting a diet on July 1st! I am really going to try and stick to eating healthy while also sticking to eating kidney friendly foods! Any tips are appreciated!Karen
