I did 20 minutes today - then had to get off and run to town before the post office and pharmacy closed.  I also did 3 loads of laundry, the dishes, packaged and mailed a couple of presents, and decluttered the living room.  It may not be exercise, but it sure feels like it!

I was busy today......so only took the dog for a 20 minute walk.    I did go shopping and did a lot of walking around ...does that count for anything besides spending money.  :lol;

Even though the Doctors disagree, after working on ladders all day and being on my feet, the last thing I'm going to do is exercise. It takes me until the next morning to get over the soreness from the day before, sometimes I can't even work the next day.

Ahhh... totally understandable. Have you tried any medicines for pain? Like over the counter meds.

Yes I take Naproxyn, which the Doctor is not happy about either. Tylenol doesn't work. Naproxyn doesn't work half of the time either.

you guys make me tired! weather here in colorado still isn't warm enough most days that i want to get out and walk. i did manage 1.7 miles on thursday, not terribly consistant yet, but some is better than nothing. i am so ready for spring. my sister in oregon already has blooming trees, tulips and daffodils...i hate her  ;D i've managed to loose 14 lbs since january, so i guess i'm doing something right.

Finally I have something to post, I did a different walking video today with my sister and a friend.

It is a 3 mile fast video, I never did this walking video before but man o man I like it.  I missed dialysis yesterday because all of Nova Scotia was under a freezing rain storm (I have pictures but can't find my usb wire)  so I was abit concerned about exercising but it made me feel great. I love the fact that other people in here are joining me in this   :2thumbsup;

I can tell you if I miss a day that I can't post what I have done I feel kinda bad!  Just what I need MOTIVATION!  ;D

Go to the pawn shop and get youself a cheap bike.

You can ride a mile out and a mile back and coast a lot if need be. ;)

Of course at first it wont be your feet getting sore but your rear. ;D :beer1;

35 minutes exercise took to me Egypt and back.  I taped "Digging for the Truth" on the DVR so I'd have something to entertain me  while I worked out.   ;D

Now that is an idea JBeany, watching a favorite program while moving. I will have to try it.  Maybe exercise while watching MIke Rowe and Dirty Jobs.
