when i need to raise my potassium i eat a blt with avocado! obviously if your pos is that low you should skip the binders and it should come up.

Molasses is very high in potassium, but has very little phosphorus.A cup of boiled swiss chard has nearly 1000 mg of potassium. A cup of raw swiss chard has 136 mg.Just make sure you don't overdo potassium while you're trying to raise phosphorus.
