I go through the BP roller coaster ride. Last night it was 98/67. I take my blood pressure at least 3 times a day with my home monitor. I take it before my scheduled meds and notate it in an excel spreadsheet. I then bring the spreadsheet with me to dialysis on Mondays when I know my Neph will be there to review it. He has changed my meds a couple of times based on this info. It was getting much better until last night which was out of line with what is has been lately.

You know dialysis has taken over your life when you use Excel to track your blood pressure! I love it! I have an Excel spreadsheet for my surgeries and medications.

I use Excel to track my Zemplar, PTH, etc.I also use www.nutritiondata.com to look up the nutritive content of foods, and I use a kitchen scale to weigh all portions of food.Might as well put my Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder to good use.
Dan maybe you are right, too much beer in the chat room.
