I have found that complaining in my online blog does wonders! Judging by the response, I believe corporate and/or staff are reading my complaints and are taking what I say into consideration, hehehe. It's too bad it has to come down to me blogging about things, though-- because I do always bring them up in person first.They can replace my squeaky wheel, but hey, I still have 3 more of them. moohaha!
