I made a delicious feast tonight.  I made a nice tomato sauce with prosciutto and pancetta and tossed it with cooked rigatoni and mozzarella.  I baked for another half hour and served with garlic bread.  DELISH!!!

American chop suey tonight.  Instead of hamburg, I used ground turkey.  Rob thought it was ground sausage, that's how tasty he found it  When I told him he was shocked, he normally hates the taste of ground turkey.  I loved fooling him tonight into eating healthy. :2thumbsup;

Things got a little out of hand last night and it had been a long day without too much food so here goes.  Lobster and crab cakes, escargot, Neptune's Platter consisting of fried cod, calamari, shrimp and fries, then stuffed quail, and for dessert warm chocolate melting cake with vanilla ice cream on the side.  :clap;

..and you think I'm bad?  My tummy is spinning on it's axis after reading what you ate.  Mustard on an omelet?  I took the whole bottle of tums.  :o
