Girlfriend of Wade, on dialysis since 5/11/07 and NxStage since 8/20/07. We're hoping for a transplant as soon as his "FGP" is gone!

Three cheese (I'm not on dialysis yet!) tortellini with chicken and vodka sauce and salad, OR Skyline chili on spaghetti with cheese (it's a Cincinnati thing) and salad.

I have to admit, since leaving Vegas (and seeing a certain video and pics) :P  I have been very careful with what i eat, i have only been eating very little and well, tonight, i splurged and got a carne asada nacho salad, i couldnt even eat 1/2 of it and now i am sick sick sick!!!!  what a waste, but i never thought i'd see the day when i could only eat 1/2 of my fav. nacho salad, guess its a sign, my time has come, better go get back on that treadmill for another 5 minutes :P ;)

My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -):  2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.

My Mom used to make porcupine meatballs! That brings back memories! I miss my Mom, I can't wait to see her in 2 weeks! Oh, and we had the chili last night.

It's a meatball you roll in rice. The rice sticks out kind of like the spines of a porcupine. Yum!

Yup the new kidney is doing crazy things to me. I now LOVE chocolate... no joke... well dark chocolate anyway. I hated it before.... but i still diskile cakes and ice cream.   :)

No we cheated and brought it from a italian bakery.   ;)
