I need to lose weight but eat more protein and obviously avoid potassium and phosphorous.  Would it be good for me when I exercise?

It depends on your potassium and phosphorus restrictions.  I'd take a print out of the nutritional stats from Muscle Milk site and ask your dietician or doctor.

At 220 calories, with 50 calories for the frozen berries I add, it makes for a pretty lo-cal meal.   :beer1;

homemade chicken and noodles and mashed potatoes
cranberry raspberry jello

I don't know about that muscle milk stuff but I like to drink Boost.  It's a protein drink.  I usually buy it at Walmart.  I like the chocolate and vanilla ones.  The stuff in the bottle tastes much better I think.  The Boost in the can has a metallic taste to it.  I'll have to ask my dietician about the muscle milk next time I see her.  :2thumbsup;

There are also a variety of other protein drinks premade and protein powders that you mix with water that are lower in K and PO4 if you really need to watch it.

Designer Whey
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard
Cytosport Complete Whey
Isopure liquid protein drink

Also there is a couple of the MetRx protein bars that are fairly low and also some of the Zone protein bars

Homemade bread?  Yummmmmmy - I'll bring the honey. . .

I bought a protein bar to try for a snack at dialysis today.  I spent an eternity in the store reading all the ingredients, trying to find the one that had the lowest phos and potassium and a decent amount of protein.  Found one I'd thought I'd try, and then when I pulled it out at dialysis today, I read the rest of the label.  The other part, where they talk about "gastrointestinal discomfort" and "laxative effect".  Oooops.  So I decided not eat it while I was going to be stuck in a chair for 4 hours.   ;D

Maybe I'll be brave and try it tomorrow when I'm planning on being home all day!

Dinner - wait, did I have any dinner?  I think I just picked at all the munchies in the fridge.

I used to not go in for my fasting tests until noon sometimes.  I used to eat pretty late, because I got home from work late.    But I'm not hungry in the morning.

I had part of a chicken pot pie for dinner.  I can't eat too much after I put my evening fill in.  There just isn't enough room.   :-X

Last night we had a naan pizza - indian sauce, tandoori chicken, peppers, onions, some kind of soft mild cheese (maybe paneer) on naan bread. Man, was it ever good!!
We also had some salad, and some strawberries and raspberries with a little vanilla yogurt! Yummy!

Strawberry Festival at my house tonight.  Belgian waffles with whipped cream and tons of crushed strawberries, as well as chocolate covered strawberries for snacks with the show everyone's coming to see.  I dipped them in 3 different kinds of chocolate - Dark, semi, and milk, so they have a choice.
