Why do cats make so much  noise when they are making love?  And how do I get them to stop doing it on my roof?  Animal patrol... where are you?

Oh just cheer them on Dan!  At least they're having fun ... well, I'm not sure if it's that much fun for the female cat, but there you go.

The gutter crew put up our new gutters today. They came at 5pm. How do you put up gutters in the dark?  Can't wait to see how they look in the morning!    Got to go with daughter and her family to pick out their Christmas tree.  I had a great day with them.   Now it is late, but I am here and I am winning!   :2thumbsup;

Picked up one of my letters needed for the guide dog program, but haven't looked at it yet. One more will be completed Monday, but still waiting on other eye doctor and local doc.

Hi Marc or whomever comes in next.

I'm winning now. But yesterday was one of THOSE days! On top of the broken crown, I got an e-mail from one of my staff. Due to her worsening MS she will not be back. And another teacher leaves for France on Wednesday.  That leaves Carl without ANY help at the end of the week when the kids will be at their wildest. Looks like I will have to leave my classroom with my able team teacher and go into Carl's room with him. Sigh.

AND find someone new.  :o

Anyone who gets a good nights sleep is a winner, Marc!    Did the rain help you sleep?  If so, I may need to turn the hose on and listen to it tonight   :rofl;

Winning for a moment.   Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

My classroom aide was out yesterday. It seems her neighborhood floods when it rains and she cannot get out of it. So while she was gone, I dealt with a classroom full of wild children. We have rain and it seems to make them slightly crazed.  I survived the day my sense of humor intact.

Talked with my daughter today. And she put Wren on the phone and I talked with (to) her. She kept trying to look at the phone to see me!  :rofl; :rofl;

Then she threw a fit when her mom took the phone back.  :clap; :clap;

That's my girl. Will get to hold those wonderful granddaughters in a little more than a week!  :yahoo; :yahoo;

Now I REALLY feel like a winner!

It is suppose to rain today.   :2thumbsup;   We can check the new gutters and roof to make sure there are no leaks or problems.   Tonight, Beth, Hatem, Barry and I are going to see Phantom.  Hatem has never seen it. We have been fortuante enough to see it in London in the orginal theater it opened in.  It will be fun to see if with someone for the first time.   An evening at the theater is always a good night   :2thumbsup;

And it will give Marc more time to win    :rofl;

Slywalker, First time I saw Miss Saigon was in London. I left the theater sobbing and cried the whole time riding the underground back to our hotel!  The back story for my tears:  We were approved for adopting a Vietnamese child and we were always waiting for the next plane of children, praying ours would be one of them.  Then, one night we saw on tv, the fall of Saigon, the airlifts, and then the final plane of orphans.  We never got that child who was to be a part of our family.  I still have all the paperwork and think "what if" many times.  So, when I saw Miss Saigon, I lost it!    I love the show.  I love all shows, but that one is dear to my heart.    We need to meet in NYC and have a broadway trip!  Woudn't that be fun!

I lived about an hour from Broadway but didn't get to see many shows.  My ex-wife worked for Bayer and had to take clients to Broadway shows almost once a week.  She got to see just about everything.
