Morning all

Poor Pairs, my heart is braking for her. I really do wish I lived closer to her.  She needs lots of support right now.

Willow sorry the weather is so bad right now.  I would traid ya. It is like 87 degrees right now and sopse to hit 95 by mid day. Blah I don't like heat much.

you know if I watch the salt and make red chili chicken ones. They really arnt that bad for  your kidneys.  But they arnt good for ya eather, its the manteca that gets you.  Not good if your trying to lose weight.
