Paris, I did not buy any chocolates this year. It wasn't on my mind this much this easter either. When I went to the store on Monday, the easter candy was already taken down and I did not goanywhere else looking for it like Target, Walgreens, etc. However today my nephrologist gave me some chocolate during my visit. She knows I like chocolate

I just took a wonderful walk in the arroyo here, all the weeds are blooming like gangbusters. Due to fire danger the city is weed-wacking them so I picked some flowers before they are gone. I will post a photo of the bouquet later. But if I don't come back you know I picked something deadly.

Here and cold, even after fixing furnace (that was a pain to do). Only getting up to 58 today and didn't feel like going to doc today for a blood test, but have been putting that one off for 3 weeks now.
If they would just give me an order instead of having me come into the office between a certain time, then I would have gotten it done earlier.

We can't figure out whether open windows, turn on the air conditioner or turn on the furnace! 90's for days, 65 today and 40's overnight. But, it is sunny and springtime
Last night, two grands were in the area talent show "Stars of the East". They are in a dance group and were just precious. We had a nice evening. The show ended with all the performers singing "What a Wonderful World" and of course, I thought of our Goofynina.
