I've done it to myself - does that count?  I choked on a bite of apple while my mom was on the phone.  I tried to get her attention and she just kept waving me off, repeating "I'm talking; not now!"  I finally gave up on her and dropped myself stomach first onto the iron banister railing.  That worked.  Then mom dropped the phone and started screeching in a panic - after I could breathe again.   ;D

Ever had to do CPR?
