Life's a bitch and then you go on dialysis!

« Reply #62 on: December 17, 2007, 05:52:44 AM »

Glad you are back home Kitkatz and that the tests were negative. I had a similar incident a few years ago (pre-dialysis) I was certain I was having a heart attack because the chest pain was so bad. But all the tests turned out negative (Isn't it such a relief when they tell you that)  and touch wood I've never had it since.

Just take it easy  :cuddle;

I am off to work this morning.  Got to go earn those "big bucks" as the hubby says. I realize I am completely crazy, but I promise to take it easy. The doc would not give an off work order based on negative tests.

Wow I haven't been on this weekend since I had lots of running around to do so I missed this thread.  I am sorry to hear you were so bad that you had to go to the hospital and that you had to be admitted, but glad you were kept over for tests rather than being pushed out the door.  Also glad to hear that you seem to be doing better, but going to work....  The doctor should have given you a day off.  Just to help ward off any potential problems  :grouphug; :grouphug; :grouphug; :grouphug;

Hi Kit :cuddle;  Go slow through this week  and then when Christmas break starts--you quit doing and just start resting.  We are all so worried about you.  Glad you are home, but please take care.  Love you!

I don't have computer access on the weekends and was horrified to learn this morning that you were hospitalized, then relieved to hear you're ok. Please take it easy!

I also missed this thread, Kit. Glad you're back home.

When Susie mentioned you were doing a stress test, I assume she meant cardiac, i.e. on the treadmill? I am now working in a cardiology clinic where we perform stress tests, amongst other things, and we all found this amusing enough to show it at our recent Xmas dinner - hope you enjoy it too (if you haven't seen it already, 'cause it is pretty old).

My computer is on the blink (AGAIN!) so I only just saw that you were home, Kitkatz!  Seems we can't tell you to rest, so we will just say 'take it easy'.   I am so happy that your tests turned out fine.  Hope everything continues to go well.  My caring thoughts and prayers are continually with you.
