Gosh, you've all been busy bees today!  I came on to remind people they only have a few days left but some of you are completely on (and ahead of) the ball.  Yay you!

Poppy - I think I told you my package is on it's way, but my memory has been cr@p lately, so I'm not sure.  Wow, ahead of schedule, how on earth did I manage that?!!  ???

Gifts must be mailed out NO LATER THAN November 23rd, and sooner if you are sending overseas.

Help Poppylicious out and get those gifts out now!  She has worked hard.

Also please tell when you send and when you receive a gift!

I need to ask for a dispensation regarding the mailing deadline. I have finishing touches to put on a few things and I can't send them out until they're completely dry or they'll get destroyed.

My SS is practically a next-door neighbor so even if I just send it regular mail it will still get there in 2-3 days, tops. May I be excused?

I was sick all week.. I'm hoping to get it all packed up and out tomorrow.. Mom should be able to take it over to the post office on her lunch hour, if she doesn't have to pick me up at dialysis

Thanks Kitz! I've had an exhausting week at work and didn't check any emails from Monday night till this morning.  I had a bunch of emails awaiting my perusal, which was smashing.

TODAY IS THE 23rd!! Yes, I am shouting because Kitz's stick is too far away.  As it happens, I'm off to Belgium tomorrow (that time of year when my MiL needs to bulk buy her nasty cheap cigarettes - it's just a day trip) but I will be checking on who has informed me of the sending of their gifts - and sending rather stern messages to those who haven't - on Sunday, and they will have no excuse because I'm going to remind them now. Those of you who are clever will realise that this actually gives you a few hours extra to get posting, because I'm in England and will probably be in bed before the Post Offices (or equivalent) close in the US (where most of you are) and won't be checking my emails all day Saturday.

Be grateful. Very grateful.

Current statistics:
Players: 35
Players who have (told me they have) sent their gifts off: 15
Players who have told me about issues they are having: 3

51% of people are on the ball.

49% of you are slacking.

Very disappointing.

*shakes head sadly*

Get posting!

I'm in the process of sending out a friendly reminder to 'the 49%' but as I've exceeded my posting limit and need to wait an hour to be able to PM people again I'll post it here too ...

Hello!

This is just a friendly reminder that you need to post your SS gift by the end of today! However, tomorrow will do too because I can’t whip out KitKatz’s stick till Sunday due to going on a day trip tomorrow.

I really must know by Sunday if you’ve sent your gift, and if you haven’t, why you haven’t and when you’re expecting to send it.

Please don’t forget to let me know when you receive a gift from your SS too.

Thank you for making the process smoother for me; it’s much appreciated.

Poppy x

Hi All...

The reindeer have landed!...

My SS Gift has arrived this afternoon... It's come from Wyoming... Lovely and light, and VERY well secured with tape in a PD supplies box... Arrived in perfect condition... AND it says on the box that I can open it as it's wrapped inside... Thank you, Santa... Think I'll decline that kind offer, though... I don't trust a certain smutt not to shred it... ANOTHER pair of slippers, and a roll of paper towel shredded this morning!.... Little hooligan...

Love the fact that I'm not the only one sending gifts in dialysis boxes... Recycling at it's best!.... And the boxes are SO strong...

Thank you again, Santa...

Much appreciated!....
