:rofl; That's awesome!

But what do you want to know? Mechanics? Causes? Treatments?

Or how to counsel a man who has just experienced it for the first time?   ;D

Does he have any health issues?

It can be caused by a lot of things, generally erectile dysfunction itself is a mechanical issue. But if he has psychological issues going on, like depression he could have psychological ED. If this is the first time it happened, try to think what might have been different, or if he's under more stress etc.

We are dealing with that (sort of) over here... not fun. And definitely hurts as a girl, I can say that. I do know how you feel.

One thing is his age, and his family history.

As a man gets older, he tends to lose or not produce as much testosterone.  Since I've gotten older, and have been on "D" for over two years, my levels have dropped drastically..and i was getting worried.  I was not able to "preform' as i had been able to the past few months.

My doctor has started me on a regiment of different types of testosterone to see what works. . . creams, patches, oils, and now we have come to the conclusion after a year of trying, that I need a shot of testosterone, once every 2 weeks.  So far so good, levels have stayed even and not decreased.  Just like any medice, some work and some don't.

Men, have a HUGE fear of ED, wether it is physical or mental issues causing it.  It is their MANHOOD that you are talking about . . .their pride!!!!!  Men in general don't want to talk about it espically with their partner, and surely not with a stranger or a doctor.  But, once you break them down and get them to face their fear and talk about it, they will see they aren't alone.  It is only a fact of life, people get older and bodies change!  But, God gave us doctors and medicines to help with those changes.
