It's National Kidney Month!  We hope you will take this month to help spread the word about kidney disease, learn about your risk factors, and take steps to keep your kidneys healthy all year long!  We have included information on kidney health as well as important event announcements.  Please help us pass the word by sharing this newsletter with your colleagues, friends and family.  We work hard at the Northeast Kidney Foundation to provide vital community and patient services.  You are an important part of these efforts.  Thank you for all you do!

No transplant.  Not yet, anyway.  Only decided to be listed on 11/9/06. Inactive at the moment.  ;)

Treatment: Tue-Thur-Sat   5.5 hours, 2x/wk, 6 hours, 1x/wk
Dialysate flow (Qd)=600;  Blood pump speed(Qb)=315
Fresenius Optiflux-180 filter--without reuse
Fresenius 2008T dialysis machine
My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -):  2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.
