I know what the score was but it seems to me the Giants were beat; #10 of the 49ers was a Giant player.
As I was saying... Go Pats!
Part of football is having 46 active players. Not 11. Not 22. In the NFL players get hurt. If you do not have the players on your bench to step up then you do not have a winning team. Please remember that our center got hurt.
The Jaguars may be coming here to Southern California. It really does look like We will be getting an NFL team.

Schaub goes down, Leinart comes in for ONE FREAKING PLAY and breaks his collarbone, and Yates has to carry the team the rest of the season. The Colts and the Bears were not so lucky. I personally think the season is too long; it should go back to 14 regular season games. Not only that, but there are too many teams. They should eliminate 4 teams in each conference. This would help in 1. lessening the opportunity for injury by playing fewer games and 2. increasing the depth chart by not having so many teams. (Jacksonville...really?) I am tired of watching this game of attrition. I want to see as many healthy first-stringers at the end of the season as possible.
With two play-off games as close and exciting as we just had, I think the Superbowl may turn out to be the Mediocre-bowl.
