I went to Disneyland last year - they're all pretty much the same I think.  I'm on PD and they had a room I could use to do an exchange and were really helpful.  Also I hired a scooter to get around on - I can't do tat much walking.  They are really helpful in any way they can.  Yay, how exciting for you.

I am also on PD and will be taking my first vacation since starting dialysis.   We are going to DisneyWorld Jan 28th and so far everything seems to be pretty simple.  Scared to think that way, but I am determined to have a great time.  Make sure the hotel is in your name or they wont deliver supplies.  Makes sure you call your vacation team 2 weeks or more before leaving.  Have fun!

I just wanted to add that if you are with Fresenius, they have a warehouse in Orlando just incase you have any last needed stuff or run into trouble while there.

If you tire easily I would recommend renting a scooter, Disneyworld is spread out much more then Disneyland (I have been to both numerous times). Disneyland is in the middle of downtown-Disneyworld is on the edge of Orlando. I hope you get a chance to see Epcot while your here too. I just love Disney!!
