awesome!!!!

I remember a long time ago (like 10 years) my neph telling me not to go nuts over changes in creat like that because they tend to shift around a bit between labs just based on the time of day the labs are taken, what you've eaten, and all that kind of thing... so the numbers moving around a little bit didn't really mean the end of the world right away - it was more about progressions and trends over time.

Anyhoo.... the main thing is you are feeling relieved and hopefully more confident about stuff. Your "little bean" maybe has been taking it easy, but is getting back on the case again I feel!!! :)

Ok creatnine went up again to 150 and went on thursday for biopsy on kidney, was not to bad.
tests came back and kidney is fine, no signs of rejection. there are early signs of toxicity from meds.
so will start lowering doses or change from prograf to rapamune.

No news on skin biopsy so you probably will find out Monday or Tuesday I'm thinking?

Ok, its been a while, but i got my Blood results yesterday and everything is back to normal. my creatnine is down to 117 which is perfect. it was definetly prograf that needed switching. with regards to the skin infection that has totally cleared up.

my question is, has anyone had blister or blemishes on the skin that seem to leave marks that dont go away or heal. i know the
immunosuppresents play a role.

Thanks once again for all the help and support guys. what would i do without you

 :thx;

Are you on steroids?  A few of us have had problems with sores and we think it might be connected with steroids.  Don't really know though.

Wonderful to hear, draven.

In answer to your question about marks, I have not had this specific problem. When I get a bruise, they last forever, and I am told this is due in part to the immunosuppresants. Maybe it is similar to that? If it is just skin discoloration where the blisters were, I would bet this will eventually fade completely.
