My friend cooked me a turkey dinner with all the fixings - I love it when someone else cooks!

I left the window in my bedroom open last night and woke up this morning to a symphony of birds!

I planted some tomatoes yesterday - I've never grown them before (never had time to garden) so there is a positive to being out of work  :thumbup;

Rose yey on the tomatoes!  I plant every year, my father used to have a really big garden growing up, I only plant like 1/8 of what he did if that. But I love it, its a wonderful way to spend some free time. Its really relaxing.  I take a book out in the afternoon, let the kids play, and water. I am really happy you have itme to do it this year.  So yey for you  :2thumbsup;

And on my side, I just found a lot of old friends that I haven't seen in like 6 years, on facebook.  So yey for me! :clap;

Just did a 45 minute walk, not fast but a  decent pace.  I'm beat actually but hope to do another 30 minutes later on.  I just keep telling myself to put one foot in front of the other.  I've a lot of work to do to get back to where I was not so very long ago but am so grateful for this new chance to rebuild.

Today is April 3rd and 43 years ago tonight was my husbands and my first date.  We went to the circus.  Exactly one year later, we went back to the circus and he proposed.  Our life has been a three ring circus ever since!!   I must add that I was only 5 when all of this took place    :rofl;   Ok, maybe I was 10!!   But I couldn't have been older than that or I would be an old lady today!!   :rofl;  :rofl;  :rofl;
