I only opened the box and nothing else. I don't have the temptation to open it early. I was taught young not topen presents early (worst Christmas ever as a kid with nothing to do on Christmas day).

I'm going to get hubby to check my gifts to see if they are wrapped inside.  They will look nicer under the tree out of the brown paper (when I get a tree!!!)

Can we play "Guess what is in the box"?   My guess is dark chocolate is somewhere in the box, since everyone knows me and my love of chocolate! My boxes are still unopened and pristine!

Oh Man! Four days to wait till we open packages! Mine are still here all unopened and in boxes!  I have patience.  Hubby and I have decided to wait to open them until the family and friends have gone home on Christmas Day. I want to unwrap my special friend presents with him quietly and enjoy thinking about each and everyone of you.  Pictures will be taken.

Four days!  :christmastree; :snowman; :santahat; :christmastree; :rudolph;

I have been a good girl and waiting to open the rest.  I think it helped the candy she made was the unwrapped part.  That way when I get to wanting to open my gift, I just go pop a piece of her candy in my mouth instead!!  Thanks again Jill D!

I had to put my SS and "not SS" presents in a different room so that I wouldn't see them every day.  Weeks of waiting is just more than I can take.  Now the tree is finally up and I'll be putting the presents in their rightful place.  With only a few days left to go, it'll be fun to walk past the tree and wonder what's in the packages.  :rudolph;

I'm glad the candy is helping you behave yourself until Christmas Traci! By the way, your tastebuds are right on - the black candy is licorice (actually anise) - I love that flavor too! Not everyone does, so that is just another thing we have in common!  :cuddle;
