I had a 7AM meeting I went to this morning - first time I set the alarm clock. When I got home at 9AM I took a 3 hour nap.

Tomorrow I am suppose to participate in a half day retreat. I'm not sure I'll be able to last the duration but I'm going to try. Doing my first overnight dialysis treatment since the surgery tonight. This will be a good test.

I've had a few low energy days - I swam a few days in a row while it was hot here but with the clouds swimming is lesss apealing and I could feel all sorts of muscles I didn't even know I had.

My chemistries are looking good but I have not been sleeping well - on or off dialysis. If I can get that sorted out it should give me more energy.
