So being new to all this..and googling and reading here... I have found this info.

Darn thing won't let me copy.  Anyway.. the jist of it is.. that for infants..breast milk supplies this much needed L-Carnitine to them. 
Now they have come out with this supplement that is supposedly good for a variety of things including "people undergoing regular kidney dialysis"

Any thoughts?   Then again.. the pharmacy probably charges an outrageous amount for this and straight from the tap might be better.. :rofl;  Lol.. sorry .. couldnt resist that last comment.. I've not had much sleep today and its off to work i go too!
