Well I'm here laying in the hospital bed. I am in due to an infection from my catheter. I had it removed last Friday and then replaced on Monday. The blood cultures are still coming back pos. I was scheduled to have my fistula redone today but was told last night that it was cancelled. I then get a visit from the surgeon this morning and they tell me the surgery is still on. I'm confused. they drive me crazy with changing their minds. Anyway1 I just wanted to vent a bit. I'll let you all know how it went after i wakeup and get back to my room. As far as the infection goes. there trying to find where it is hiding. What fun. Oh by the way. I wish they would have told me last night i was still going for surgery today. I'm starving! Take care. Ever notice how everything revolves around the Doctor and not the patient?? Oh well I guess they are busy with others but it sure feels personal when it's you, doesn't it? Hope you are out of there soon and at home recuperating.  :grouphug;
